Intuitive EFT; Healing at Your Fingertips
"EFT Is The Best Self Help Technique - EVER."
EFT is an emotional clearing process that accesses the same principles of acupuncture, with Leticia's intuitive guidance, we will stimulate certain meridian points on you by tapping on them with our fingertips. Bringing up to awareness the root causes and subconscious reasons or hidden traumas causing your unwanted situations or blocking you from reaching your desires.
This combination of a tested, effective process along with the intuitive guidance I add can enhance the therapeutic process reducing the length of therapy from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief. You can also change limiting beliefs to clear a path for positive experiences and success! Once Leticia works with your issues and you get the “know-how to” you can use it as a healing tool on a daily basis. You can utilize EFT for anything! From emotional and/or physical pain, traumas, beliefs, blockages, etc. The list is unlimited.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a psychotherapeutic alternative medicine tool based on a theory that negative emotions are caused by disturbances in the body's energy field and that tapping on the meridians while thinking of a negative emotion alters the body's energy field, restoring it to "balance."
Proponents of EFT claim it relieves many psychological and physical conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, general stress, addictions and phobias. More extreme claims have been made for multiple sclerosis and one proponent claims that "you can also use it for everything from the common cold to cancer.'" The basic EFT technique involves holding a disturbing memory or emotion in mind and simultaneously using the fingers to tap on a series of 12 specific points on the body that correspond to meridians used in Chinese medicine. EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere.
The theory states that negative emotions are built in the following stages:
1.-A negative experience occurs; 2.-negative emotions are felt in response to this negative experience, leading to inappropriate programming inside the body; and then 3.-the body's energy system gets disrupted due to these negative emotions. The contention of EFT is that in order to remove the negative responses, tackling the negative experience is not enough, because doing so cannot correct the energy imbalance Rather, the energy imbalance must be restored along with curing the negative emotions. The main difference between EFT and TFT lies not in principles, but in application. In TFT, a specific sequence of tapping points (known as an algorithm) is used for a particular problem. This sequence is determined using muscle testing, a procedure also used by applied kinesiology.
In EFT, the order and sequence of tapping points is deemed to be unimportant, and therefore there are no individual algorithms for different problems. Instead, a comprehensive algorithm is used for all problems, and no diagnosis or muscle testing is required.
In comparative studies, about 60% of people using EFT for the first time have a real sense of release and that "something important has changed". Another 20% feel noticeably better and do the Emotional Freedom Technique again to get more benefits, and there is a small proportion of people who need to see a trained Meridian Energy Therapist to get the shifts they desire, usually because the problem is complex and has many layers. Accordingly, you can use it for just about everything. That is one of the most astonishing things about it. You use the same basic procedure for your fear of public speaking as you do for improving your golf score. You can also use it for everything from the common cold to cancer. Further, we have had success with nearly every emotional issue on the books...including fear, trauma, depression, grief and schizophrenia. That is why you can consider it the missing link in your pursuit of health and happiness. Once you truly recognize the Universal nature of EFT you will eagerly join our growing throng of enthusiasts. There is nothing like it, anywhere.
You will find that EFT is usually quite gentle and you can often achieve substantial relief with little or no pain. This is not true for everyone, however. Some people's issues are so intense that the mere mention of them causes emotional or physical pain. But, given time, even these are often resolved efficiently with EFT.
*Please Note: EFT is a powerful and wonderful self help tool that creates and makes changes to your body and your thought patterns. It is therefore strongly recommended that anyone suffering from diagnosed psychiatric disorders, takes psychoactive medication or is undergoing treatment with a counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or outpatient department should ALWAYS consult with their care providers before starting any new form of treatment, including EFT.
EFT was created by Gary Craig in the mid 1990s, and is meant to be a simplification and improvement of Roger Callahan's Thought Field Therapy (TFT) techniques. Craig trained with Callahan in the early 1990s. In 1993, Craig was the first person Callahan trained in his most advanced procedure, a proprietary procedure known as Voice Technology. Craig found through his experience that the sequence of tapping points did not matter and that special proprietary procedures were therefore unnecessary, so by the mid 1990s he had simplified Callahan's procedures.
